Fitkix Coaching fitness portrait session – I am so blessed to have met this AMAZING woman, Julie Denniger-Greensly of Fitkix Coaching and her beautiful family! She is definitely an inspiration! And at a much needed time. I will be honest, the stay at home order kicked me right into a comfort eating zone. The past year has thrown me, and many that I know, into a nutritional funk! If ever there was a time to kickstart your health and jump back into some exercising and healthy eating, it is NOW. With a worldwide pandemic that is hitting home for far too many, taking care of yourself and your family is essential.
Julie is just so easy going and down to earth. She’s encouraging and a pure JOY to be around. For anyone who’s stepped into a gym and felt judged and uncomfortable, as I have, it’s just the opposite with Julie! I was taking her portraits but felt inclined to share some of my own health struggles with her!
