Winter Engagement Session in Dekalb Illinois with this GORGEOUS COUPLE!!! I LOVE capturing winter engagement session photos! We lucked out with a lot of snowfall just before their session. And though the wind chill had been in the single digits for days, it warmed up to about 18 degrees for their session!
They picked the perfect colors of rust and teal. They wore comfortable and warm layers that worked perfectly for photos! I like how his solid jacket covers his flannel, so it’s a touch of texture without being too much. She had fun with earmuffs, a scarf, some photos with her jacket and some without and her leggings worked perfectly with her cozy dress and adorable boots!
I visited the location shortly before their session and found a few surprise guests hanging around. I was really excited when they popped back into the background for a special photo near the end of their session!
These two were SO MUCH FUN to work with and super easy to photograph. Their laughter and love for one another was overflowing. Though it was pretty cold outside, warm hearts kept these two from freezing!
