DeKalb IL Family Portraits with this BEAUTIFUL crew!!! I really lucked out when this family found me. I had SO MUCH FUN documenting this group, together from across the states, on a perfect October day in Illinois. We went to the most AMAZING forest preserve right at GOLDEN HOUR. They came, dressed perfectly, bright smiles, super happy and enthusiastic to capture some amazing memories!
This is just a small collection of HIGHLIGHTS from a TON of amazing moments… from finding worms, building twig and leaf homes, being silly, the girls, the boys… we photographed it all! We are most definitely living through a pivotal moment in time. I fully understand the value in these moments, as my own family lives in another state. Take nothing for granted. Cherish the time.
