Happy Valentine’s Day! I welcome any excuse to cherish and celebrate the people I love. I started the day making a special breakfast of french toast and eggs for my 3 boys (my husband and two sons). We then exchanged some special little gifts. My 6 year old and I had made Valentine cards with suckers taped on the back for his classmates at school. Over the weekend, we had made sugar cookies and frosted them. My oldest made a Happy Valentine’s Book for me at school with adorable photos of our family. It’s all these cute little moments, the taking of time, to do something special for the people we love that can really brighten our days.
